George Kovach, M.D. Dr. Kovach graduated from Michigan State University. He completed his residency in internal medicine at State University of New York at Buffalo and his fellowship in hematology at the University of Rochester, in Rochester, New York. He is board certified in internal medicine and hematology. David W. Mercer, M.D. Dr. Mercer graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical School. He completed his internal medicine, hematology and oncology training at the University of Mississippi Hospitals and Clinics in Jackson, Mississippi. He is board certified in internal medicine and board eligible in hematology/oncology. Susannah Friemel, M.D. Dr. Friemel earned her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.
